kevorojas.com collects very little data and doesn't sell it or use it for advertising. Here's everything: what's stored, what it's for, and how long it's kept.

Giving me your email is voluntary, but without it I can't send you the newsletter. I don't make automated decisions about you or build profiles.
Cookies
The site doesn't use cookies or ads, and it doesn't store anything in your browser. Cloudflare and Google may, only if you use the form or play a video.
Exception: if you watch or mark roadmap videos, your progress (the videos you've watched and the date of your last visit, to flag what's new) is stored only in your browser. It's never sent to any server. You can delete it with the "Clear my progress" button.
YouTube
Videos don't connect to YouTube until you press play. From then on, Google processes your data under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Transfers
Some of the services I use store or process data in the U.S. and other countries, where the level of protection may differ from Argentina's. I choose providers that publish data processing agreements. If you want the specific list, just ask me.
Your rights
You can ask me for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe with the link in every email). Email me at hola@kevorojas.com.
I answer access requests within 10 calendar days, and rectification or erasure requests within 5 business days.
Besides writing to me, you have the right to file a complaint with your country's data protection authority. In Argentina, that's the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (opens in a new tab), and the law requires me to include this notice in its original wording:

Children and changes
The site's content is for everyone. If you're under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian to subscribe to the newsletter.
If I change anything, I update the date at the top. If the change is significant, I'll announce it in the newsletter first.
